VIP: Very Important Pets

Not only do we cater to people but pets too! The Very Important Pet (VIP) program demonstrates our desire to make sure you, your family and your pet enjoy your vacation time together.

When you participate in our VIP program you receive the use of a unique pet package that includes a custom-designed pet blanket embroidered with the property logo, a distinctive color-coordinated logo place mat for the cleverly designed stainless steel food and water bowls, plus Napa Valley-based Cab-Bone-Nay dog biscuits (made with real wine) for treat time, and of course, individually wrapped plastic Doggie Walk Bags.

Your pet receives a welcome letter from the hotel General Manager and a list of pet support services including dog walkers, on-call veterinarian and souvenirs. We recommend at least 72 hours notice for pet sitters due to the high demand of this service. Please contact our concierge to make a reservation.

We have a small fee for pets that includes our VIP pet services for $25.00 per night. We ask that pets are not left unattended in the room at any time.
